Kelvin graduated from the University of Waikato with an honours degree in Computing and Mathematical Sciences, and from the University of Auckland with a Masters in Pure Mathematics. In 1996, Kelvin joined the Auckland based Dialogic R&D group, as a C/C++ software developer developing computer telephony middleware. In 2000, Kelvin relocated to Austin Texas, to join the Intel/Dialogic consulting group and spent a couple of years traveling around the US for various work assignments. Since 2002, Kelvin has provided independent consulting services, with Carl and Ciprian joining the effort in 2003. Kelvin has a lot of experience in C/C++ development, though also develops in both C# and Java, and is a Sun Certified Java programmer. While not busy drinking espresso and developing software, Kelvin is often found at the local cafe.

Carl graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science. He then went to work at Dialogic in 1998 as a software engineer primarily developing telephony middleware in C++. In 2003 Carl joined with Kelvin and Ciprian to provide consulting services. He is experienced in software design, implementation, testing and support and is a strong proponent for the adaptive methodologies. Carl is a Microsoft Certified Techonology Specialist (MCTS) and is currently studying for his MCPD. When he is not developing software, he enjoys snowboarding and surfing, depending on the season.
Ciprian graduated from the University of Auckland in 1998 with an Honours degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. The following year he joined Dialogic as a software engineer where he worked on a software-based PBX platform written in C++. In 2003 he joined with Kelvin and Carl in providing independent consulting services through Adaptive Development, an agile based consulting company where he has worked on a variety of projects from a large multi-threaded back-end telephony engine written in C++ to .NET based GUI and Web applications. He believes strongly in an agile approach to software development that focuses on delivering well tested code in small and frequent iterations through close interaction with the customer. When he is not busy developing software he can be found at the local rock-climbing crag or somewhere in the Southern Alps.
